I remove the star for a complete cord that does not work. With him, the disc does not want to be defined in any, and without him, directly-everything is fine.
The disc heats up and makes a lot of noise. I recommend removing it from the silicone case when connected for a long time.

All in all excellent gadget . In detail , two main advantages are speed ( twice more than usual . Up to 0.7 gb/s in my case ) and small size . I have Orico metal enclosure for same size 2230 SSD which provides
same transfer speed , but both Orico and Sharge heat up to 70 Celsius when moving 100 Gb data pack .
No advantage of Ventilator solution over Metal Enclosure temperature sinking . So , real small compact size small weight and speed are the pluses . Orico enclosure is of bigger size , heavier weight and twice cheaper .

The enclosure works well and after a few weeks of use with a 2TB drive I am very satisfied with it. In the picture I put the result of CrystalDiskMark on my Notebook. I did not get the declared speeds, probably because the Notebook is more than 10 years old and only USB 3.0; on my newer Tablet I got similar results (it is only USB 3.1 not 4.0). As soon as I get a newer PC I will test the speeds. Recording from HDD to SSD on a couple of occasions it jumped to 1GB/s for 1-2 seconds; but in general the speed is around 200-230 MB/s. But this speed is fine for me. I recommend the product and the seller.

Feels pretty premium but there are details to improve.
The outer protective case being acrylic is very likely to end up scratching very easily affecting aesthetics in the future.
The fan works and is activated with workload, although in certain situations it stops working even with workload. It is necessary to reconnect the device again to make it work again. Also the noise of the fan is quite noticeable, it is not annoying but you feel a slight subside and honestly I do not think that the fan is too dissipating the heat.
I would only recommend it if you are looking for a compact solution and it does not limit your budget because leaving aside the Sharge Disk you have to buy a separate SSD 2230 that in my country are usually more expensive compared to the 2280 format standard

I loved it, the product is really the same as seen in the pictures, it leaves nothing to be desired in the quality of the materials, you take it in hand and realize at the time that the plastics, rubbers, component are well made and has impeccable finish (different from other cheap products I have already bought on AliExpress). I used a Corsair SSD, and the transfer time of a 50GB file from my SSD M.2 pc to the external SSD connected on the 3.0 USB output was more or less a 4 or 5 times faster than when I transferred to my traditional external hard drive from Toshiba.
